Lift Park City is the newest development to just be announced. In correlation with a complete re-design of the Canyons Village, re:play will be marking their stamp in Park City Utah as they have successfully done in many other ski resort town.

Lift Park City will feature 61 brand new ski in ski out residences. The location will be just north of the Sunrise Ski Lift, across the ski run from the Hyatt Park City. The location is right in the middle of the newly designed vibrant village core where you will can easily access restaurants, shops, and cafes.

Lift Park City

Lift Park City will have an offering of 1,2,3,4 bedrooms built in the 61 unit building. The building will be a 6 story building built upon a 2 level parking garage. They square footage will be as followed:

  • 1 Bedroom: 825 sq/ft
  • 2 Bedroom 1,275-1,325 sq/ft
  • 3 Bedroom 1,775-1,920 sq/ft
  • 4 Bedroom 2,200-2,900 sq/ft

Lift Residences

Lift will offer some of the newest architecture and design that we are building. The architecture is done by OZ Architects. They will be doing the exterior and interior of the property. The feel they will accomplish will be “Mountain Modern”. This is the latest craze of design & feel. It will be clean, done with a warm pallet…
