Empire Pass is the newest community to the Deer Valley Resort area. Located mid-mountain just like Upper Deer Valley, most of the Empire Pass Real Estate is ski-in/ski-out.

The Empire Pass area is part of the Talikser Club. When initially built, they decided to place all the density close together which allowed the rest of Empire Pass to remain open space forever. There is approximately 1,600-acres on the slopes of Flagstaff Mountain and Empire Canyon included in the master planned community.
